Our original KI Beach House (with the beach volleyball court) and side-by-side KI Beach House II (marina view) sleep 10-12 comfortably each (max 14 people) and are located by the Kentmorr Marina and only a mile from the public Blue Heron Golf Course. KI Beach House III (sleeps 8 in 4 king bedrooms and 1 more in a living room sleeper chair) has panoramic bay views and awesome sunsets and is located between Kentmorr and the Bay Bridge.
