Sleep 2 or 4 in this room complete with a King in the corner and a California King by the door.

Walk to the local airport or KI Trail.Call a local Taxi like KISS, Ride with E, Taxi Crab, or take the Jetty Bus, Uber, or Lyft to get around the island. How about a balloon flyover or helicopter ride while you are in town! The local osprey & herons are always fishing. The South Island Trail begins at Matapeake State Park and ends at Romancoke Pier. A unique nature experience. Matapeake Beach is only a couple miles away.
Terrapin Park is about 6 miles away.The Chesapeake Bay Bridge. What an experience to see this by water!Watch for the Carnival Cruise Ship from the home or Kentmorr Beach Bar.Remember to visit America's Sailing Capital & the US Naval Academy in Annapolis. Mowbray Park is a notable recreational area with a very nice children's playground and pickleball courts located only a couple of miles from the Kent Island Beach Houses.Matapeake State Park is only a few miles from the Kent Island Beach House homes. Local fishing, crabbing, and swimming. Good place to put your boat in the water or your toes in the sand.Fish off the Fishing Pier, Swim at the Beach, or just Picnic at Matapeake State Park.Matapeake Beach is the closest swimming beach.Another local landing whereby you can put your boat in the water.At least drive to the end of Rt 8 Romancoke Rd to see the Romancoke Fishing Pier and Kayak launch.Lots of Charter Boats and Captains in the area that will take you fishing or just for a cruise.When on the water these 3 towers help me know where Annapolis is.Striped bass or known around here as ROCKFISH. The Hall Starfish Bath is 2 of 3 full baths. This one has the shower tub surround and it has been updated to a hand held shower wand.
Check the vanity for soap, body wash, or shampoo. 2 rolls of toilet paper are supplied per bath. Hairdryers are at the home for your use.
Extra sheets, towels, and mattress pads are in the linen closet to the right of the vanity.

Bedroom 3 has a wide door entryway on same level as the large family room. Sleep 2 or 4 in this room complete with a King in the corner and a California King by the door.

Kentmorr has changed over the years but is still a fun place to frequent. The swimming beach is now a Beach Bar. Go over and try an Atlas Brew, a domestic beer, or try Donna's favorite there...the grapefruit crush.
Come by Car, Boat, Bus, or Plane. Walk to the local airport or KI Trail.
Call a local Taxi like KISS, Ride with E, Taxi Crab, or take the Jetty Bus, Uber, or Lyft to get around the island. How about a balloon flyover or helicopter ride while you are in town!
The local osprey & herons are always fishing.
The South Island Trail begins at Matapeake State Park and ends at Romancoke Pier. A unique nature experience. Matapeake Beach is only a couple miles away.
Terrapin Park is about 6 miles away.

Matapeake State Park is only a few miles from the Kent Island Beach House homes. Local fishing, crabbing, and swimming. Good place to put your boat in the water or your toes in the sand.
Fish off the Fishing Pier, Swim at the Beach, or just Picnic at Matapeake State Park.
Matapeake Beach is the closest swimming beach.
Another local landing whereby you can put your boat in the water.
At least drive to the end of Rt 8 Romancoke Rd to see the Romancoke Fishing Pier and Kayak launch.
Lots of Charter Boats and Captains in the area that will take you fishing or just for a cruise.
When on the water these 3 towers help me know where Annapolis is.
Striped bass or known around here as ROCKFISH. Very tasty white fish. Donna's favorite is to spread a little mayonnaise on the fillet and sprinkle with lemon pepper and old bay. Broil or grill until flaky!
Thomas Point Lighthouse is one of the most picturesque lighthouses in the area. Donna was super excited to find the metal replica of it for over the fireplace in this home.
Explore the Explore, the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center (CBEC). Rent it for your activities, rent kayaks and canoes, or just walk the trails. Just remember your bug spray!

The fence separates our Kent Island Beach House from the Kent Island Beach House II property. Rent one or rent them both to have a small family gathering of the people staying in the homes.

We offer a couple of umbrellas on the deck for your shade. Please remember to close them at night, when you leave the property, or during windy conditions.

Stroll through the serene waterfront neighborhood or simply unwind on our deck while grilling your favorite dishes.
This is the entrance door to the property. We’ve added a small ramp (though not ADA compliant) to assist those using wheelchairs or walkers.
