Convenient ramp leads to large back deck with gas grill and outdoor seating.

Walk up the ramp to the rear deck door to enter through the kitchen. The ramp is not ADA compliant but it is very workable for the elderly and handicapped so that they too can enjoy this home from the back deck to the front sunsets from inside or out!

The Welcome Book is on the counter to the right of the refrigerator as you enter the door.

The Welcome Book has check-in/checkout, WiFi, and lots of information about the area.

Stay and Play like the locals or work if you must!

Spacious kitchen off of the deck. 6 can sit at the table and 4 more fit at the chair/stool height bar.

Enjoy dining at the kitchen bar and the ship's table.

Use the bar as a breakfast nook or it is a great place to work.

Drip coffee maker at each home with a single serve using ground coffee on the side.

Lots of counter space to prepare your food. Microwave, full size oven, crock pots, griddle, pots and pans, etc

Attention all FOODIES! Fully stocked open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances.

We added a small roll top desk by the window or you can spread out on the table or the kitchen bar to do your work. We do have FREE high speed internet as well.

1 of 4 King Bedrooms. The Master off of the dining room has an attached bath with walk-in shower. The barn style door closes the master off from the kitchen.

There is a shelf and clothes rack for hanging your clothes in addition to a couple of drawers.

Hall shower has a removable shower head and wand as well as a low lip at the floor. Additionally there is a whale baby bath tub in one of the bedroom closets.

The Chesapeake King is really like a second Master Bedroom with these awesome views!

The view out the Chesapeake King Room Window. Watch for the big ships awaiting to get into the port of Baltimore.

The vacuum, children's bathtub, and a folding table are in the Bay Bridge bedroom closet.

Kent Island and our short-term rental homes are "on the right side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge."

The "osprey's view" gives you the best perspective of the location of the home and your views. They even have a nest right out in the bay so be sure to look for them during your stay.

Ask us about our other homes all within a 5 mile radius so your friends and family can stay close by. Look for our Van around town!

Peace be known on the Sunny Isle of Kent.

Children and adults like the swings.

Large yard for playing corn hole or other outdoor games. There is a basketball net off the garage as well.

Catch some rockfish across from the home or book a local charter boat.

Fantastic neighborhood for walking, biking, and fishing.

Exit to the front porch to the left of the TV. Outdoor sofa, loveseat, chairs, and adirondack chairs for your comfort. If the cushions are not on just check under one of the beds.

Quite the gathering spot for family, friends, a group of gals, a group of guys, etc

You can enter through the back deck door on the ramp side of the home and exit out to the front sunset deck all within one level.

Perfect place to relax, recharge, and experience gorgeous panoramic sunsets and photograph the herons and osprey along the Eastern Shore.

At least drive to the end of Rt 8 Romancoke Rd to see the Romancoke Fishing Pier and Kayak launch.

Check out the Visitor's Center while you are here.

Explore the Explore, the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center (CBEC). Rent it for your activities, rent kayaks and canoes, or just walk the trails. Just remember your bug spray!

Oxford-Bellevue Ferry

Annapolis and the Naval Academy are just across the bridge.

Local Cruise Ships

Annapolis is across the bay by water or about a 20 minute drive.

Bloody Point Lighthouse

Local recycling near the business park.

Striped bass or known around here as ROCKFISH. Very tasty white fish. Donna's favorite is to spread a little mayonnaise on the fillet and sprinkle with lemon pepper and old bay. Broil or grill until flaky!

Lots of Charter Boats and Captains in the area that will take you fishing or just for a cruise.

Can you spot an Osprey while you are visiting?

Carnival Cruise ships and large container vessels frequently pass through the Bay, often waiting to enter the Port of Baltimore. Download a Marine Traffic app to track their movements and learn more about them.

When on the water these 3 towers help me know where Annapolis is.

Matapeake State Park is only a few miles from the Kent Island Beach House homes. Local fishing, crabbing, and swimming. Good place to put your boat in the water or your toes in the sand.

Fish off the Fishing Pier, Swim at the Beach, or just Picnic at Matapeake State Park.

Matapeake Beach is the closest swimming beach.

Another local landing whereby you can put your boat in the water.

Mowbray Park is a notable recreational area with a very nice children's playground and pickleball courts located only a couple of miles from the Kent Island Beach Houses.

Queen Anne's County Parks and Recreation, located in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, offers a range of facilities and programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

Thomas Point Lighthouse is one of the most picturesque lighthouses in the area. Donna was super excited to find the metal replica of it for over the fireplace in this home.

Check out the local Visitor's Center as well as the Chamber of Commerce.
