Rates include linen package, on-site laundry facilities, Cable/Internet TV, Internet, and FREE sunsets. *Additional charges apply taxes, cleaning, and for holidays and special events.
$300 security/damage deposit required that is refundable after check-out and owner inspection. We would be happy to put this on a credit card for your convenience.
NO pets. NO smoking. NO parties. 3-night minimum stay/charge at both KI Beach Houses includes use of our bikes May-Nov.
Minimum age limit for renters is 25 years old.
You can Book it now (once we talk with you) to reserve your dates immediately with as little as $300 on a credit card with payment in full no less than 30 days before your stay. International Guests (and anyone for that matter) are welcome to book direct on one of the vacation rental sites. Accommodations within 30 days must be paid in full at booking. We do not offer trip cancellation insurance, but it is available at vacationprotection.com.
