Our original KI Beach House (with the beach volleyball court) and side-by-side KI Beach House II (marina view) each sleep 8-10 comfortably (double occupancy) with a max of 14 people each and are located by the Kentmorr Marina and only a mile from the public Blue Heron Golf Course. KI Beach House III (sleeps 8 in 4 king bedrooms and 1 more on the sofa) has panoramic bay views and awesome sunsets and is located between Kentmorr and the Bay Bridge.
